Sit Happens

It was during my career as a TV host, author, green expert, and public speaker that I became aware of how important sitting is! And then when I became a Mom, it was suddenly something I was forced to do a lot more of; while I nursed, while I read books, and so on. Now I sit for lots of reasons – to meditate, to contemplate, to facilitate. Everyday sit happens! Won't you sit with me?
